By right-sizing packaging across the portfolio, OXO reduced material use, achieved ISTA-tested and approved packaging, and maintained the brand look customers know and trust. The 3-piece POP Cereal Dispenser Set delivered especially strong results, with a 113% increase in units per pallet and a 38% reduction in packaging weight. Smaller, stronger, and lighter on resources, OXO’s e-commerce packaging got sharper.
